Userful Named Leader in AV-Over-IP Software for the Enterprise

San Ramon, CA – Userful Corporation, provider of the leading software-defined networking solution for the enterprise AV-over-IP market, has been recognized in HNY Research’s 2022 study of the global AV-over-IP software market as the leading software provider in the enterprise AV-over-IP space, ranking well above traditional AV incumbents.

According to HNY Research’s 2022 study, the fact that Userful integrates seamlessly into LG’s webOS displays makes it the first truly end-to-end, software-defined AV-over-IP solution on the market. The report states that, “Due to LG’s global market share in the commercial display business, this partnership provides a unique opportunity for enterprise companies to move to software-defined AV-over-IP using their LG webOS displays.” 

This new study builds upon earlier market research conducted in 2021 by Maia Research which also cited Userful as the leader in global sales of software-defined AV-over-IP.  HNY’s new study goes on to state that Userful’s platform “delivers significant hardware and energy cost savings, while helping to reduce the carbon footprint.”  Digital transformation and the adoption of visual display applications and services to improve operational efficiencies in the enterprise are two of the forces that have been increasing Userful's market share.
